Our experienced, professional & ‘full of fun’ ceilidh band will help you to create the event of your dreams.
Headed up by our colourful ‘matriarch’, Lady Butterfly, joined by a small team of the best musicians in Bristol, Bath and the South West.
Book a stand alone ceilidh with caller and music from either of our live band options (traditional ceilidh band or disco ceilidh band).
Add DJ’ing for your ceilidh ‘after party’ aka disco! Stand alone DJ’ing for weddings and parties is also available.
We pride ourselves on providing a smooth and personalised service from booking to event, with top quality sound gear, funky lighting and great music.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide sound equipment and lighting?
Yes we provide high quality sound equipment (PA) with stage and room lighting as standard. You are welcome to have additional lighting as organised by yourself or your venue. We will arrive around 1hour and 15mins before the ceilidh start time to set up.
How long does the ceilidh usually last?
This depends to some extent on your event. In our experience x2 45 minute sets of dancing is perfect for most weddings and events. If you are having a ceilidh only with no after ceilidh disco you may like to book for x2 60 minute sets of dancing. We will usually have a 30 minute interval between sets, and play a playlist of background music during this to keep up the vibes.
How do you work out a quote?
This depends on the size of band you want, the location in relation to travel costs, and whether or not you require DJ’ing after your ceilidh.

Our ceilidh band is experienced, professional, colourful and fun, aiming to entertain as well as get your guests dancing well! We are serious but not ‘too serious’ :)
